Cancellations

Returns (Faulty or Damaged Goods)

If a Product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with details and photographic evidence. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund.

Returns (Change of Mind)

As per UK consumer law, you generally have a 14-day cooling-off period from receiving goods to cancel your order for a full refund (excluding expedited shipping costs, if applicable), provided the goods are returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty.
